About

BNSS was founded in 2023 by a small group of seasoned professionals who had spent years working in program evaluation, organizational development, education, healthcare, and nonprofit leadership. Throughout their careers, they repeatedly saw the same challenge: many educational institutions and nonprofit organizations were doing important work but lacked the internal capacity, tools, and evaluation systems needed to effectively manage programs, measure outcomes, and demonstrate impact. Limited budgets often meant these organizations could not afford full-time evaluation staff or sophisticated operational infrastructure.

Recognizing this gap, the founding team decided to combine their expertise to create BNSS (Building Needs & Support Systems). Their vision was to provide accessible, practical evaluation and operational support services to organizations that needed them most. Rather than offering complex solutions that required extensive internal resources, BNSS focused on helping organizations build foundational systems—such as evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, program monitoring tools, and project management structures—that would allow them to operate more effectively and sustainably.

Since its founding, BNSS has worked to partner closely with schools, colleges, community organizations, and mission-driven nonprofits, helping them translate their goals into measurable outcomes and stronger operational practices. By bringing together diverse professional backgrounds and a shared commitment to community impact, the BNSS team continues to support organizations that are dedicated to making a difference but need the right tools and guidance to grow and thrive.
